Module content | The purpose of this module is to enable the dentist to identify medical problems, which may have an effect on the dental treatment or may affect the patient’s general health. The dentist must be able to interpret the patient’s medical history, in order to modify the treatment plan accordingly to ensure a safe dental treatment and/or to refer the patient for medical or specialist care. |
